How Bozell’s creative team looked past HGTV’s idea of a “dream home” and created a mortgage campaign centered on the real reason people move.

The Ask

Create a campaign that resonates with potential homebuyers and encourages them to choose First National Bank for their mortgage loan.

The Insight

Very few people move because they found their “dream home.” Instead, buying a home often correlates with a major life event, such as getting married or having kids.

The Results

The TV spots running in Omaha, Nebraska had outstanding results:

  • 193,000 Click-Throughs to the Website

  •  .24% Click-Through Rate

  • 71% Over the Industry Average Click-Through Rate
